The Developing Research Excellence and Mentorship in Southeast Asia (SEA DREAM) Programme, led by the SEAMEO Secretariat in partnership with Wellcome and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (UK FCDO), will invest USD 52 million over five years to support at least eight Southeast Asian–led, multi-country research consortia through the DREAM 4 Health Call for Proposals, launched in January 2026.

Through this open call, SEA DREAM aims to advance high-quality, collaborative research that addresses Southeast Asia’s most pressing health challenges, while strengthening regional research ecosystems through equitable partnerships, mentorship, and capacity building for the next generation of research leaders.

This webinar supports prospective applicants in preparing a preliminary application for the DREAM 4 Health Call for Proposals.
