SEA DREAM has uploaded new resources to support applicants preparing their Preliminary Application.
The Preliminary Application and Budget templates provided on the website are intended to help applicants organize their information internally. These templates must not be uploaded or submitted as part of the Preliminary Application. All submissions must be completed exclusively through the SEA DREAM Application Portal.

In addition, SEA DREAM has published the Preliminary Application Assessment Questions to help applicants understand how submissions will be reviewed.

SEA DREAM uses preliminary assessment questions to support a fair and consistent initial review of submitted applications. The questions are structured under four categories:

1. Research Quality and Appropriateness
2. Contribution to SEA DREAM Objectives
3. Appropriateness of Indicative Budget and Milestones
4. Principal Investigators and Team’s High-Level Skill Set and Capabilities
