Guidelines

How to Format Your Attachments?

Applicants must provide all relevant information directly within the application form. Links to external websites or documents will not be reviewed or considered as part of the assessment.

Applicants should generally adhere to the standard format when uploading supporting documents. Where strictly necessary, one (1) additional supporting document may be uploaded as a single PDF file, subject to the following conditions:

  • Maximum length: Two (2) A4 pages, unless a longer allowance is specifically stated in the application form.
  • Maximum file size: 2 MB, unless a larger size is explicitly indicated within the relevant section.

Please note that while these are the standard requirements, certain sections of the application form may specify different formatting allowances. In such cases, applicants should follow the specific instructions provided in the relevant section.

The supporting document must comply with the following formatting standards:

  • Font: Arial, size 11

  • Spacing: Single

  • Margins: Standard (1 inch / 2.54 cm)

References and figures must meet the following requirements:

  • References and figures must be submitted as separate attachments.

  • References do not count towards the word limit.

  • Figures are limited to a maximum of two (2) pages.

The additional document may include essential supporting materials such as:

  • Figures

  • Graphs

  • Tables

  • References

  • Unpublished data

This document must not be used to extend or elaborate on the proposal narrative beyond the information requested in the application form.

Failure to comply with these attachment and formatting requirements may result in the application being considered ineligible or incomplete.
